They've not came back out yet, read somewhere that he may escape jail as it's a first offence, absolute madness.

Verdict was undoubtably the only decision the judge could have reached, regarding the evidence. Everyone in their heart of hearts knows he flipped and fired into that bathroom.
But the proof of premeditation simply was,nt there, as was so eloquently stated by an earlier poster, this verdict limits the defence avenues on appeal.
