Awful story. What a beautiful woman, senselessly killed by her boyfriend.
I do not believe the burglar story one bit. Have you seen photos of where he lives? It's super high security and he was locked up in his own house in his own bed.
Is it not a bit extreme to shoot a would-be burglar four times, including in the head, if you're startled by them? Did she have a gun-shaped present and was waving it at him which made him think he had no other option but to shoot and kill? Was it pitch black and she didn't say a word and was therefore mistaken for a burglar? He was very accurate with his shooting, surely somebody in a panic wouldn't be able to shoot and kill like that. Why would she want to wake him at 4am for a Valentine's surprise? That just makes no sense whatsoever, was she a bit mad? What sort of surprise involves waking up your boyfriend in the pitch black and not saying a word? Unless that was the case I don't see why he'd have shot out four times to kill.
All in all, I say send him to prison for fifty years. Dirty man.
