One thing you’d change about Everton

More season tickets as a proportion of match says... Or perhaps bringing back half season tickets.

It's baffling that we have so many on the season ticket wait list, yet blocks of seats unsold for some games.

Less seats on sale for individual games. Get rid of the membership fee. Reward regular attenders with prices online with what season ticket holders pay

Then have the resale platform for registered members but without the subscription

This will mean the club lose a bit of money but on the plus side will put more fans regularly next to the same people, leading to a better atmosphere

Max allowed is 80% of capacity.
Not sure how many STs there actually are.

The loser attitude that permeates every single layer of this club. From the manager who could not care less if he wins matches, to the players who don’t hate losing enough, to the fans who fetishise crap negative football, to the administrative running of the club who have the only ground in the league where people have to go through metal detectors to get in on a match day.

Not one part of this club is ambitious or well run. Not one.
99% agree….however Everton in The Community always has been and always will be a world leader in their field. We should be extremely proud of that. That part of the Club doesn’t have an ounce of the loser mentality and acceptance of mediocrity that the rest of it has.

Take back, bring back, the Liverbird emblem, which was ours first. Not replacing our shirt badge/emblem but just using it here and there, to show that WE are in the city, too, and that the Liverbird is not only for LFC.

The Academy. An abysmal return on expensive infrastructure. Absolute gravy train. Strip it down start again…
Most Acadeies have a Development section for kids who were scouted but when they get to their trials arent
quite there yet.

Theyll go into the Development section for a couple of years at leaat to work on their game or to see if their physicality catches up. Everton dont have that they just get rid of them after the trial.

My local team makes full use of its training pitches. Runs skills sessions for all age groups as young as 6 as part of community outreach to get kids more involved in sport.
The training is run buy the older youth team players who the club pushes through their coaching badges.

The kids love it, as not only do they play football, they get to know the youth team players they can see playing (youth team games are free to watch for those u16), and they get indoctrinated into the club.
The youth team players love it because they get coaching badges and a bit of a purpose outside actually playing (and there is always competition in the older age groups). The club love it because pretty much all the kids in the U21/18’s have coaching badges, so they understand the game/fitness/training a bit better, and the young kids get used to being around the club, helping out and supporting.
