Friday saw the launch of the Oliver King Foundation epetition to raise awareness of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome, and to call for all 12 to 35 year olds to be screened. The events at White Hart Lane today are an unfortunate reminder of how seemingly super fit young people can be affected by this. Hopefully Fabrice Muamba will make a full recovery in time, and thoughts and prayers are with him and his family and friends.
Oliver King was a young lad at the school I work in. His family are still devastated a year on, and are doing everything they can to raise awareness of this condition. He was a mad blues fan, and I would be really grateful if the GOT community could lend it's support to this. Thanks lads.
