Great game,scary walk back to the station,even though we lost I loved the fa cup game that ended 1-0 brilliant following that day though the tef wasnt going to blow for full time till they scored

When we beat them 3-0 first season of premier league. Was sat in the main stand! Top night in manchester

We were excellent that day, the least we deserved was a replay,I went home gutted, but yep mate the green shoots of recovery were evident that day

Oviedo is the only good memory I have of Old Trafford.

The 83 cup game , we lost but worth a watch to see how many Everton went , must be 15000+
Went the following season in December I think , Sheedy scored the winner ( 1-0 )
It was a bit deflating with only about 800 fans there of which 500+ were probably Everton hooligans

Richard Wright pretending to be a goalkeeper and us comfortably being beaten 3-0. McFadden's goal in a 1-1 draw was a better day out but let's be honest, anyone from the younger generation (can I still say that at 27?) hasn't got many positive tales of going to this place.

Earliest memory of going to Old Trafford was when I was about 10, can't remember the score but Jim Arnold got knocked out on the goal post. Not sure why Big Nev wasn't between the sticks.
