Are you sure it's not Leicester Brian? They did play away in white shirt / white shorts around this time (e.g. the 1963 Cup Final) and the reason i say it is that i'm sure it's been asked before and I did some digging and found it. I'll be able to look again a bit later.

We lost 0-3 to Leicester that season so I do not have any photo from that game in my collection.

I know I posted this on Pinterest at one stage as Cardiff 28.04.62 but have subsequently noticed that Cardiff played in Dark shirts for that match. Anyone have suggestions as to what this game was/

….difficult to imagine Cardiff playing in ‘dark shirts’ if Everton were at home. Might be worth determining their away kit that season.
