Cheers Joey. A wonderful man who also bled Everton. To meet him on the bus on the way to Rovers games was an honour and a privilege, and his passion for both clubs never diminished.

Must be from his biography I take it. Whoever was on proof reading detail made a blunder. Joe's debut was indeed in 1966 at BR but it was a freezing cold January day in a 2-0 defeat for the Toffees. Funny that isn't mentioned either lol

He's leaping like a salmon there to get the better of Glyn James. Looks very young doesn't he.
