There were 15,000 blues at United that day ,They scored in the 96 th minute but we were magnificent .
Although we were over a year away from greatness I fully believe that day we showed the first signs of how good we could be.

We were indeed excellent and should have been a few goals up by the time United scored. They only created us any problems for the last 10 minutes.
One thing that I remember to this day is how MOTD's edited highlights lasted about quarter of an hour of which the first 80 minutes received 2 or 3 minutes of attention, the other 10-15 minutes was virtually shown in full.
