This goal was the more difficult of his two headers. His first gets more exposure because of the role of other players in the build up.
His second is more impressive because he has to meet the ball coming in from his left, low down, then power it to his right.

Remember the goal he scored at Notts County in the cup in 84’? His nose was so close to the ground when he headed it it left a groove in their penalty area!

Colin was known as his blue eyed boy =quite rightly so - Gerry Glover on the other hand asked for a £2 rise .....how he got treated was unbelievable - let's say the Catt would have never been able to treat a player like that now reading it was disgusting TBH.... ostracised in a very cruel way......he had to leave after terrible treatment - The Catt was too ruthless at times imo.....
