That gate to the left maybe is where the park end entrance for staff, and once players came in?its still there now larger of course if you go on a ground tour that's the exit to the car park today?

My brother in law was on the milk and still in bed at 12noon (A red as well), so I took his son with me got 2 tickets for us at the Goodison office and gave
a mate my Top Balcony season ticket. Our seats were poor, just round from Gwladys Street in Bullens Road, but what a day, My nephew was only 6
years old at the time, and couldn't decide who to support. I think that I may have tipped the balance, coz he's a devout blue of 33 years now.

I honestly can't remember that, but nothing the Football League or F.A. did or didn't do, ever surprises me.
What did surprise me, was me being able to ring EFC at noon to ask for spare tickets for the day of the Championship decider, and get them.
