Yes the only game when we had one sub - Wilfred Dixon changed the subs around Roger Kenton had been sub e Rey round in the FA cup - with Labone injured marking Toshack would have been ideal when Labby was injured instead he had utility a very good sub in Sandy Brown to mark Toshack no match , and the other lot smelt blood, and knocked us out - the Catt was ill Dixon made the w tong decision- Kenton reckons it was the downturn of that great team moral wise - knocked out of then two massive trophy completions in five days!

Yes we crumbled the main problem apart from Rankin was no recognised centre half sub we. Crumbled when Labby went off injured Kenyon substitute for ever FA cup round untill the semi final was a big blow - the Cat was not there ill - Sandy was a great all round player, never a match for Toshack!

..yep, he scored a few vital goals (none more so than that one at Arsenal) that helped secure us the title. Clarke and Paul Power were not the most glamorous of signings but they more than played their parts. Always be held in high regard.
