Sorry to say that shankly put one over on Harry that day. He brought winger Peter Thompson inside to play a sort of false No.9.
Pushed Bobby Graham who was normally a sort of 2nd striker behind roger the dodger out wide and had st john dropping back into the No10.
Then had them keep switching it about, nobody knew who was marking who
Add in Sandy's goal and the first re payment of their pact with the devil was duely served
