For those who has missed out...
England - Barry is getting regular first team football at Everton. There is still an outside chance that he could make the England WC squad next summer if he keeps his good form with us (Last international game: 26.05.2012 for England under Roy Hodgson against Norway). Osman is out of form for quite a long time. Actually he is not doing that good after the call-up (Last international game: 22.03.2013 for England under Roy Hodgson against San Marino).
Côte d'Ivoire - Kone has not made the Côte d'Ivoire squad since his move to Everton. Maybe that is due to his injury and lack of first team football at the club (Last international game: 23.03.2013 for Ivory Coast under Sabri Lamouchi against Gambia).
Netherlands - Heitinga is now our 3rd or 4th choice CB and I guess he will move on in January in bid of making his national side's WC squad next summer. Should have sold him ages ago not 6 months left in his contract (Last international game: 11.06.2013 for Netherlands under Louis van Gaal against China PR).
Paraguay - Alcaraz has been injured for a long time. As long as he is fit, he will make the Paraguay squad (Last international game: 12.09.2012 for Paraguay under Francisco Arce against Venezuela).

I'd say clean sheet, but we are missing a pretty critical defender in LA Galaxy's Omar Gonzalez. Still should be an easy win.
For Jamaica, they are not mathematically eliminated yet, but they need to win out, hope for a draw for Mexico-Panama tonight, and have both Mexico and Panama lose their second match. Very unlikely.
