Some perspective here please. We acquitted ourselves with a good performance against a poor side led by a dinosaur of a manager.

Forest are a very expensively assembled side and we were down to 13 senior outfield players. You aren’t giving the performance the credit it deserves.

I might be exaggerating but it was best performance for a long time, maybe Brighton 5-1.

Didn't fancy us at all when I saw team sheet (absolute bare bones) and they were unlucky against City.

Everyone really put a shift in and that's all we ask.

Garner & O'Brien magnificent.

This, the result was borne out of tetogetherness and team spirit of those in the squad. It is evident even when we have an off game, and that is down to Moyes.

I think my thoughts on Dyche are correct, he is a manager with very limited ideas, he was the guy who kept us in a relegation fight, we lost against some very poor teams when he was in charge, and was praised by the media when he kept us up.

He has a very good squad of players there at Forest and is doing exactly to the letter as to what he did with us.

How did they not beat us yesterday with the team we had out.

Last night was about Team Spirit, not phenomenal quality.
We showed it, we won, that's better than just good enough for me, and will be to 99.99% of real Blues.

Not questioning your support though, just thats why posters are very happy..

I've always been a big fan of Garner. Great to see him in this form and hope he signs a new deal.

Did you watch the match or just look at the stats after? I don't mean that to sound obnoxious. They played their hearts out last night even if they did give away possession way too much and keep lumping the ball long to an isolated Barry to allow forest to get possession again. It was far from pretty.

Yes, I watched the game. I'm not questioning the team spirit or the result; it was a great win given the circumstances.

I thought the home performance vs Forest was infinitely better.
