Obviously, living up here, I'm excited by the fact that we have Middlesbrough and Sunderland games this year and I'd love to attend as I struggle to get across to Goodison anywhere near as much as I'd like to.

But I haven't got a clue what the routines would be regarding tickets. Would I need to be a club member? A season ticket holder? Purchase over the web? Or simply be lucky enough to turn up on the day and buy a ticket?

Sorry if I'm asking questions with ridiculously obvious answers here - but I can be dense at times...

Also, I'd absolutely love to meet up with some people from the GOT forums and have a few jars when these games roll around - would anyone be up for that?

Almost every league away is sold out before going on "general sale"
They sell to season ticket holders with certain numbers of away games last season to their name, then open in up down the line to more and more people before it reaches normal sale.

I'd find a friend who can buy a ticket but cant go themselves.
(edit: just seen post above, supporters club sounds like smartest shout)

Alot of people will be selling their Sunderland tickets on here with it being on a monday night and difficult to get to if you dont like getting the coach

Just jeep your options open on the match ticket thread ive already seen people offering Sunderland tickets

I went to the Sunderland game last season. I bought off the website. Hope to go to both northeast games. I'm up for a beer or two beforehand
