Nike Store Las Vegas

I've been to a couple of soccer shops in North Carolina. All of them owned by members of the hispanic community. Same exact shirts, plus Mexican teams and all the Central American, South American and North American teams. Asked the owner if he had an Everton shirt, he asked who Everton was. :(

You should have asked him had he not heard of Tim Howard or Landon Donovan.

I went to check out sizes yesterday at DW, comparing last seasons away with XLB Suit as Nike call it (full kit version) and I'll be fecked if I am buying one that is completely different material. There is a size clash i.e. xlb suit is same size as SB shirt, yet made of a smooth matl. with shorts different as well and socks too small it looks like for shinpads.
It was the utd kit but the bloke said it was the case with all the Nike ones they had sold i.e. Utd, Barca and Brazil. He would get ripped by the lads if he turned up and it was totally different to the bigger ones.

Difference is you can get the full kit version for the same price as just the shirt, a full kit with printing is almost the same price as an u11 season ticket.

Thing is, the language barrier was so huge that he probably would've said "OHHH!!" and just nodded in agreement when I said something about Everton. Besides the fact that he was from Mexico and more than likely hated the guts out of every US national team member. Could be wrong, though..

The giant Nike store in LONDON had USA, South Korea, Porto, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray, Celtic, Boca Juniors, but no Everton kit. Outrageous.

I don't mind that I can buy Everton kits online. When I'm in LA or San Diego wearing my Nike Everton kit, people always do a double take. I hate seeing Southern California flooded with United and Barcelona kits. Hate it

Unfortunately, it's all the American football world knows. Tell them to name 20 European teams from at least 5 different countries and the only answers you'll get are Real Madrid, Barcelona, United, City, Chelsea, and maybe Arsenal. That's about as close-minded as the American public is to the football world.

That's in a world we live in. City didn't have a huge following before Middle East oil got involved. It was always "the Big 4". I'm glad I didn't fall into that trap. Real Madrid always had huge support in San Diego. Living close to Mexico, it's everybody's second favorite team down there. So I get the fan support for that club.

There's only 1 other club I follow/support besides Everton is FC Tijuana in the Mexican Premiership. If San Diego ever gets an MLS team, of course I would be a die hard follower.

Elstone's neck needs putting on a chopping board over this. Getting x-amount up front might seem all well and good, until you see what could've a been couple of years down the line. What a right royal [Poor language removed] up.

Oh right got you. Obviously then, as a Latin American, he'd be a big fan of Denis Stracqualursi, Rodrigo and Segundo Castillo??
