Of all the posts,topics, and categories this is the one that has me baffled.
I kind of picked the Packers back in the early 80s when it started on UK TV. I have two teams now, Brown's as they were/ are rubbish. I have to say I have no understanding of 99 % of the posts on this small forum.
It is in fact the only sport I watch where I just enjoy that 10 seconds of explosive action, I know nothing about tactics , skills or anything in fact, not even how many on each side I've just realised....but I quite like this, I just watch fir the fun and non invested interest.

That's the beauty of the NFL - the league exists to deliver an entertainment product, and they've absolutely nailed it. It works on a tactical level for those who love a complicated sport, but also works on a more basic level due to bright colours, noise, and general over-excitedness.
