I think his technique needs some big cleaning up. It can be done with a good QB coach. His delivery on passes he is trying to throw hard is really long. It will lead to interceptions. He also throws off his back foot way too often when he's feeling pressure. So far he mostly gotten away with his poor mechanics. It is fixable.

He's still an idiot though for insisting on LA and not being the team in Vegas with a real local fan base. There is no good reason for the Chargers to be in LA but he was a greedy so and so.
