Realistically the problem with appointing Moyes is that it would demoralise and alienate a substantial part of our support
We need someone who can unite us and ensure we rally behind the team and give them maximum vocal support.
Moyes is patently no longer this person.
I disagree - a run of good results would change many opinions and get many people feeling we could be back on our uppers.
it’s not like Moyes was a bad manager here. He left a very good legacy that Roberto squandered. People go on about his fifth place finish, but he lost one more game than Moyes the previous season, and had the luxury of a European class striker. That is something Moyes never had.
And as we don’t have one now, he will hardly miss it!
