Really hope Rhino is kept on as assistant to whoever comes in. Done such a good job with the U21's and looks like they all respect him immensely.

Done some amazing work with the U21's has to be said, interesting if he stays with that part of the setup as the next wave of young lads is supposedly even better, interesting to see how Unsworths managerial career goes though...
