I get what you are saying and I doubt this will come to play out.
But to suggest we wouldn't have the money is a bit ignorant

forgetting the new TV deal, our owner is worth over £3bn. Just we dont go down the route of throwing cash around. FFP etc

Where has this £3 billion estimation come from that is around $5 billion dollars now...i swear Moshiri's wealth goes up everyday on this thread.

Compensation and leaving terms had to be agreed with Southampton prior to them allowing Koeman to formally negotiate with us.

Given we have sucessfully concluded negotiations with Koeman it follows that we have agreed with Southampton.

Do you know if he is expected at Finch Farm on Monday mate or later in the week? I think the Echo were saying he is due back in the UK on Sunday evening.

Has there been any progress with DOF or is that some way off?
