On holiday is a bit of a push IMO, I mean im sure hes still "working" while away, in his head, when hes on the lounger, before he goes to kip, doubt any pro football or manager switches off fully in the Summer.

Im sure hes sitting there wondering how much of a pay rise we are gonna give Besic to fend off Bayern.

Exactly, I stay in manager mode on holiday with AZ Alkmaar team on football manager, you just can't switch off.. Fairly definitive evidence that RK is working his arse off while away.
