Wahay. A fitness coach. Just what the doctor ordered... pretty sure we must not have had one of these the last 2 years!

I agree, the amount of late goals we conceded proved that Martinez didn't have them for, it was 100% his fault.

Generally, more specifically he trains or "coaches" people with the aim of improving their fitness levels.

Koeman, Koeman, Ferguson, Kluitenberg, a boss GK coach and maybe another first team coach. Looks ok for me.

id prefer him to have a role with the first team now seeing he knows all the players so well. him and ferguson should swap roles

why though when he doesn't need to? he's doing a more valuable job as head of the youth teams than he would doing anything with the first team.

Ferguson is mainly the striking coach so if him and unsworth swapped roles it'd make both of them useless.

First Team Coach: Duncan Ferguson

Fitness Coach: Jan Kluitenberg

All we need now iirc is:

Goalkeeping Coach (Big Nev?)

Defensive Coach (Koeman himself?)

Sporting Director (Overmars?)

1. neville southall doesn't have any coaching badges to coach at a top level, a great player doesn't make a great coach.
