I vote for the worst option in the poll as rule of the thumb mate.

Harry Redknapp wasn't an option as manager of Everton so Benitez was next best.

For me, and this is not what I want to think but it is what I actually think: the current incumbent is not up to the job.

The options on the poll are all hypothetical, so what I'll say is what I've said all day today: let's get a proven winner, and not the next 'up and coming' young manager. Moyes did ok, Martinez seems to be treading water, so now is the time to go for the best we can get.

We have been winners, and we want to be once more, so let's get a proven winner this time and not fanny about.
