Fair enough mate. Its only my opinion, but he's not for me. If there was a clause in his contract saying once we got to 40 points he resigns with no compensation I'd think about it definitely...... maybe

Tough question. Never been a fan really, but rather him than Sam. Making me feel ill thinking about the names put forward here by the way. The big problem for any new manager is making the defence we currently have more solid.
