I had to laugh at the story last week about the Florida bird breeder whose Cassowary turned on him and did him in.
One paper mentioned that Johnny Cash used to keep Ostriches on his estate and that he once narrowly missed being disembowelled.
I bet there was a Burning Ring of Fire that day!
