Happy memory of Andy Johnson. At Wembley for the semi against Man U and we were sat next to Andy Johnson. He had his son and his son's friend with him. All through the game and at penalties all three of them were besides themselves willing us on to win. He told me Everton was like a family you couldnt ever appreciate until you were in it and Everton never leaves you. And when Jags scored he was going as nuts as everyone around him like we'd just won the cup ourselves.

Great story that mate, quality to see lads with no prior everton ties having their lives changed by playing with us

Cheers. I thought it was interesting that even though AJ had moved on from us by then that his son still wanted to be an Evertonian. Tim Cahill's sons are the same. Still Evertonians. So it must be a good place to work as a pro.
