Can you get that fella back on when we score our third goal! Or had the ‘ hurry up’ wagon carted him away.
Sorry but a quarter of a mile is 440 yards. IIRC the Goodison pitch was 112 yards by 78 yards. This would make the depth of the Toon stand about 3.5 times the length of Goodison. It doesn't add up.I read that its quarter of a mile from centre circle to back of the Newcastle stand
Well he didn’t impress all that much earlier in the season, well me anyway, then had a very good five game spell before he got injured and since he came back he hasn’t done an awful lot although his move and assist for our third goal was very good but Garner was better throughout Saturdays game and has dragged the team through many games this season and in different positions but is much better in midfield and so are Everton when he plays there— like you just as I see it — the fans are split on Saturdays game with KDH slightly ahead, I think that assist by KDH assisted him in those ratings!Call it how I see it. I'd have another D-Hall in the eleven before another Garner. It's no slur against JG only that we get that much more of what we lack with KDH.
This would make the depth of the Toon stand about 3 times the length of Goodison. Again it doesn't add up.Think its from the back of the away fans to the far goal, not certain though.
Not sure mate, just something I was told a cple years back. This would make the depth of the Toon stand about 3 times the length of Goodison. Again it doesn't add up.
I agree maybe from the back of the stand to far goal ?Sorry but a quarter of a mile is 440 yards. IIRC the Goodison pitch was 112 yards by 78 yards. This would make the depth of the Toon stand about 3.5 times the length of Goodison. It doesn't add up.
SJP is lop sided so imagine the top tier being higher/further away, it's a pain of a walk to get up to the away endNewcastle seems a bit higher. This is from the Brighton match. Back row of the South Stand.View attachment 345158

I saw the game and I’m not a big fan of Jordan and he wasn’t Everton’s best player on Saturday but that save gave him the privilege to take the honour and me the privilege to watch it!I only saw the highlights so it's obviously JP for me.
I was having a read yesterday. This thread around the points of the equalisers/our 2nd and 3rd goals is hilarious.
My particular favourite was “this is theirs to win now, we’ve got nothing” when we’d already gone 3-2 up![]()
Especially as it keeps biting them on the bum. You'd think they'd retire the dinosaur costumes by now. Unbelievably dead patter.
