New Everton Stadium Discussion

Why would we take out bridging loans and pay interest if our owners could just give us the money ?

I think it would be much healthier if we faced reality and stopped relying on Usmanov potentially bailing us out. The spectre of Usmanov has raised expectations that the team has failed to live up to.
Because Moshiri/Usmanov can invest their existing funds where it will make a double-digit financial return, and borrow at low single digits.

So hoping to start work towards the end of the year, 3 years to build so if all goes to plan, definitely in for the start of 24-25 season?

Am i right in thinking the money side of things won't get signed off until planning has officially been passed?
Also, for those of us clueless on this, does anyone know how long in general it takes or at least what the process is of turning an architects vision into a costed technical plan? Could that process continue whilst the ground works are being done or does it have to be signed off too as part of a full planning application?
