Don't know were you're getting your news from but the latest official news is the consultation process was a success and that everything is on track to submit planning by the end of this year

I doubt if the public transport system is going to be capable of transporting 52,000 people!

I'll admit, I will start to have my doubts if it doesn't. Only time will tell. I suspect even if it was ready now, it'll go in just before Christmas by way of an early pressie.
