Feyenoords new proposed stadium looks awesome. It's everything we should be going for (maybe a few less seats @ 63,000).

This and the Usmanov thread feel like a long car journey where the kids are saying "are we there yet?" Every 5 minutes.

Feels more like walking the plank tbh... a really long plank

It does stink. Not sure if it's poo like. Smells more like a chemical type smell but the area smells horrible to be brutally honest.

The stench from Anfield is far worse mate, it's just that we are used to it, don't you think ?

You can make all the jokes about stench from Anfield etc you like to be honest.

In reality though Goodison Park doesnt stink. Neither does Stanley Park.

Just take a walk round sandhills. The smell doesnt seem to be there all the time, thankfully. But the person who brought it up is right.

I highly doubt the club would have agreed to move there if the smell is that bad otherwise no bugger would go the game

The stadium isn't in use 24/7 I'm sure they could control the output on game day or even the day before to ease any of those issues. Seeing one of the better hotels happens to be in that area it can't be that bad.

It stinks of ruined neighbourhoods and trashed livelihoods around Anfield. The new stand reeks of it.

Personally I think this has been an avoided and hidden part of the stadium move. Needs to be addressed during the consultation period in my opinion.

Imagine being in the proposed fan zone with that glaring at you.

That's exactly why God made trees, to cover up any undesirable views from our boss new stadium.
