Got sent it earlier, been trying to get info out the firm that are doing the civals but they are not saying anything

Just out of curiosity but is the civils firm already lined up? (That's what I do) Would love for my kids to be able to say to their kids kids that 'me Dar flagged that'

I think all that can gleaned from this is that the club, in their plans, have accommodated concerns of outside organisations.

Funding is the key. I see no movement there.

Yes mate. Technical drawings for the seating plans to the Sports Ground Safety Authority have revealed the stadiums full design. Just look how bland it looks.

Looks like the top level of the car park will be at ground level and the rest lower into the ground


Would have been typical Everton that, build a class stadium which is hidden by a multi storey car park

I'd actually be surprised if there is a ground level. The access road runs right under the stadium and I'd imagine the heritage bods would complain if we decked the top with white lines and alike.

We will see though.

The multi storey car park is going to be built on the corner of Sandhills lane and regent road

What we should build is a park-and-walk. where you can park about 20-30 minutes away and walk in, as well as having the traditional park and ride as well

There’s got to be a good few thousand parking spaces in car parks between Pall Mall and Moorfields, which is about a 20-30min walk...

Fantastic designs, with everything the majority of fans are after: steep stands tight to the pitch, a large single-tier home end which is steeper than Spurs', 4-sided and on the banks of the river.

Delighted with this.
