New Everton Stadium Discussion

Any one have the twitter if the RS lad crying to joe Anderson bout the heritage thing calling him fat boy and hoes respens

You mean the pikeys in Oil Street? There's no other community within half a mile. It's an industrial area, always has been. Having a shocker tonight Dave
Oh lovely "pikeys". Yes mate, you sound like a really caring-about-the-community kind of feller.

There's streets half a mile away and you can bet the lives of those living in them will be changed forever.

You cant talk the talk about not wanting disruption around GP when you accept disruption for people in Vauxhall.

Little bastards on that site. Used to live in Waterloo Dock and every summer those little fat, little, gibberish talking pikeys would be in having the bikes away
I have the joy of working there occasionally sub-contracting for the council. Had some scary moments there over the last couple of years.

Feral doesn't begin to describe them. NEA.

Sounds great when you say it quick.

A £600M debt is a £600M debt. If you;re paying back £25M a year you'll know about it.

Then put it back down to mortgage terms it is just over 3 x annual income which is well within the acceptable norm.

After 10 years the back of the loan would have been broken and inflation will help make that debt seem even smaller. Or you can wait until a stadium costs 2 billion and then make try and make that work. Life is all about managed risks.

...then you'll know that the community that's about half a mile away from BMD will have their lives changed if / when there's a stadium across Derby Road from them.

Swings....roundabouts.
Just wondering are you going on holiday anytime soon

I do more for the local community per hour every day than you've done in the last 20 years. Don't even go there
