Looking at this picture against the overhead I have just posted I would say that part is the one coloured in purple, given that you can see (an example of) the IOM ferry on yours and the way the dock wall matches the layout.

Basically the large bit of land in the middle that has no water will be where most of the large buildings will sit. As you come this way towards BMD there will be blocks surrounding the existing docks.

Yes. Albeit these are still only mock-ups, the buildings nearest to the stadium are (a) not as tall and (b) residential rather than office/hotels. Is there less appetite for large scale office buildings than was originally conceived? And now a shift to resi rather than commercial type buildings?
And there is a LOT of red brick render there. Clue to stadium render perhaps.
The council has a policy against high rise buildings, coupled with the ongoing issues with World Heritage, so the original plans were scrapped and a more scaled down vision was presented
