New manager

Last 4 clubs.

Man utd: League cup winner, Community shield winner, Europa league winner
Spurs: may have won FA cup is they didn't sack him a few days before.
Roma: Conference League winner
Fenerbahce: Currently second in the league.

Has a win % of 58, 51, 49 & 59 in those last 4 clubs also.

I mean, he'd do for me!
Yeah but does he say

Noise or on the grass otherwise having a serial winner a no for me

Ancelotti's career:

Got sacked by Parma, Got sacked by Juventus, Resigned from AC Milan, Got sacked by Chelsea, Jumped ship from PSG to Real Madrid, Got sacked by Real Madrid, Got sacked by Bayern Munich, Got sacked by Napoli, Jumped ship from Everton to Real Madrid again, Currently at Real again.

Won many trophies and righteously regarded as one of the best ever managers.

But on the other hand how many currently active manager have brought long-term success and longevity. to their club, Pep, Simeone, Klopp that's about it.

Bingo.

The best winning managers most typically gets fired a fair bit, because they are either at clubs who expect to always be winning stuff or they are trying to be that club. So as soon as it looks like they aren't gonna do it that season they get rid no matter the credit in the bank and reputation the manager has.

Funny the example you've listed are examples of clubs who had fallen hugely from their historic heights or in Cities case had never really been there. So in all three cases they stuck with the guy who got them back there even after a bad period or two maybe also down to the nature of the manager meshing with the fans in both Someone's and Klopps case for sure, think Pep just realised there's nowhere else to go upwards from city

Eurgh.... You're all going to sing that "Jose Mourinho" chant that the Chelsea fans sang around Bramley Moore aren't you?

From Fat Frank to Jose chants...

How far we have fallen by celebrating others heroes and singing their songs like wannabees because we can't find our own.

Historically and genetically, we're not.

We're at an all-time low (with the arguable exception of the 1950s). Our floor is not much lower than West Ham's ceiling. History shows that.

Oh, it's what I meant exactly. West Ham has of now a way better squad for a manager to work with, probably also more money.

Financially I named Newcastle, West Ham and Villa as our region, and some of them proved to play CL football in the last 2-3 years.

Honestly why would anyone turn their nose up at Jose. The man is a serial winner, the players would know they need to shape up or ship out none of this guaranteed starters nonsense. We'd be viewed as a club with aspirations rather than one content to collect a premier league attendance certificate and be assured that when he did leave we wouldn't be looking at the ghost of moyes coming back again.

Plus he hates the RS the bants would be worth it alone
