Having stood in the Spurs home end a couple of times, I can say ours is materially steeper. Very similar facilties otherwise.
The outside of ours, the fan plaza, the water etc. is just different class.
We've hand on heart got the best ground in the country.

Looked very weak the planning to get fans to and from the ground.
Might be wrong but don't think the 8 cars can go up the hunts cross line because of the platform lengths on the stations.
Chessington has a curve as well which may be a problem.
Not like they havnt had time to think of these things is it?
Might be an idea to put buses on the ferry fans away from the area,
That parking area around it is plain crazy for businesses on none match days as well.
This city isn't very good at solving transport problems miles behind the likes of Manchester.
