They were all fitted at different times throughout the build so some will be more weathered than others.
They will all be the same in a year or two when that Mersey wind has got a grip of them

The South Stand looks better in reality than in any of the renders. Just brilliant.

To estimate capacity you have to add in some away fans to the North stand total as they occupy a chunk of the lower North and lower East in that corner. Do those figures include the disabled seating or is that being sold separately?

Agreed. I think those figures released for the north stand (lower and upper) are the home fan numbers. I think they exclude the away fan numbers. There are a lot more seats than the 2,900 figure given for the lower tier. I think the away fans will have 3000-4000 seats so this can be added to the overall north stand capacity.

Just realised while typing, about half of the away section is located in the east stand aswell, so maybe around 2000 seats should be incorporated into the north stand capacity, not 4000.

When it states 'available seats' I'm guessing that discounts away and presold fancy seats, especially if these are sales pitch videos for the rest of us plebs.

Per Everton Fan Services the numbers quoted per stand as ‘available seats’ numbers are NOT capacity numbers. They are seats available to buy as regular season tickets. These numbers exclude pre-sold hospitality tickets, away fans and (particularly relevant for the West Stand) other ‘reserved’ seats (eg media, directors/sponsors etc.).
