Yep, Noticed some ghostly images of buildings between that Canal bit and the river.

Maybe if they do the park and make the area a bit more appealing developers will see some value. Dunno.

That can’t be just the park. That red area is over 20 acres and the echo article originally said the park would be 5 acres. Something doesn’t add up…..
