Many Conservatives still have the mindset that football fans are thugs. I doubt the Sports Minister even had a cursory look or had any intention of taking it seriously.
Well after the weekend who can blame them.

Whens the time frame that the Council agree on this lads?
Fortunately not many of them actually live in Liverpool. The Reds on the echo Facebook urging everyone not to vote Labour in the upcoming local elections, their 'staunch socialist' persona obviously takes a back seat to their bitterness over a possible new ground for EFC.

Hi. Having worked with Tracy Crouch, she is passionate about sport and ensuring supporters have a great experience. She is very level headed and thorough and loves football. She's an FA coach and runs girl's football if I remember and big Spurs fan (and NFL). If she has decided that they are not progressing with safe standing it will because she looked heavily into it and listened to sound advice. She definitely does not think football fans are thugs as she is very much a fan herself. Sadly recent images in UK football have really not helped and we all know football violence seems to be making a bit of a comeback. Many Conservatives still have the mindset that football fans are thugs. Video here on the rail seats in Germany.
I see a major flaw in their design. Whenever they are used in ‘seat’ mode, i’d crack the back of my head off the rail behind every time I sat down.
It’s safer because you can’t get crushed as there is a rail between you and the person behind you as well as the person behind youCan anyone explain how this sort of seating/standing would be safer than just having low capacity being allowed on bare terracing?
