I'm sure I read in one of the official posts in the last day or so they said people without a customer number will get a chance later. I presume that they still want more input even after the survey closes. There is also these "workshops" to come like.

Its nonsense, people seem to forget this is going to be as far away from the Pier Head as you can still get, if they are worried about the height of the stadium on this all them tower blocks planned are going to need to be cut in half.

The stadium on it's own will not lose the WHS.
If it is lost it will be because of the high rise buildings closer to the 3 graces.

The WHS status is a load of hot air. If its a choice between a) billions of pounds of investment plus regeneration or b) retaining WHS, there is only one way it's gonna go.
