Everton Football Club have announced plans to build a £9m retail and office complex at Goodison Park, but a stadium move has still not been ruled out.
The four-floor building will be built on the current site of the Club Everton lounge at the stadium's Park End.
The development will house a club shop, museum, cafe, corporate hospitality lounge and office space.

The Green peace argument I think would be valid HAD the RS built on Stanley park, for years now that park was written off but is now back unbuilt on so say half of Walton hall park being built on surely won't be a problem.

I think the club/council really need to highlight the importance of football to this city and the need for both clubs to be progressing in terms of stadia.
