"OK love I am just heading off to catch Everton"
"But sweetheart, the game kicks off in 5 minutes"
"No worries baby, I'm catching the triple M...only takes 2 mins from the city centre...I'll grab a late lunch once aboard"

Random serious thought - they're earmarking 60 acres for this new stadium development.
Goodison currently has a footprint of around 8.5 acres.

This is a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE site. Obviously it's not just going to be the football stadium, there's going to be all the retail and leisure facilities too.
