The Dixie Lane has a nice ring to it actually

The stand nearest Goodison should be the Goodison Park End or Goodison Stand, perhaps the Street the other end could be renamed Gwladys Street? then the name could be retained.

Assuming it goes ahead, it's a big project mate and almost all big projects have delays at most points. The problem here seems to be twofold in that firstly the club havn't managed expectations as well as they could have, and secondly, Liverpool has a gobby mayor who could do with keeping his trap shut rather than playing the "taps nose" game.

I'm reasonably confident we'll get a new stadium, but as to when that'll get announced, I havn't the foggiest.

I'm curious why people think Bowl stadiums are cheaper than the traditional four stand method.

Think about it people, more materials would be used and more precision required joining all sections. Plus, you get more floor space with a bowl stadium.

It will be a good few years before a spade goes into the ground.

If its WHP no doubt objections will happen. Construction firm to be appointed etc etc etc

I've heard no rumours from the construction market. But, everything might be NDA at the moment.

Exactly, you can't un-name a stand so I'd rather not.
