New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I hope Bill is standing on Walton Park tomorrow, live SSN and everything... arms outstretched and he simply says "Watch this space."

Camera cuts out and returns back to SSN studio.
Maybe he could mark the pitch out with vanishing spray, just like SSN did in their studio when we signed Lukaku.

We make a £28m signing and two presenters buggered about with a piece of turf. I hate that channel.

Their boards didn't go to the supporters and try to con them that they would get a 'world class stadium' ... For 50 mill pounds!!
I think it is normal for any reasonable fan to be wary of our board.
Before quoting Spurs and West Ham, take a look at their stadium proposals and how much each will cost. 50-70 mill?
Sorry mate, but only moron Everton supporters would fall for that.

West Ham are getting a stadium for virtually nothing (Olympic Stadium), a stadium they will lease.
Spurs are planning a new stadium and will knock down their existing one and build on the same site. They've bought up all the land that surrounds it, bar one particular lot that is refusing to sell and is holding up their move.

My original post wasn't in reference to people being sceptical of the board, that's perfectly logical and reasonable. My post was in reference to people who don't see the potential value in leaving Goodison.

You know what would be great, if genuine figures of the club were remembered here. George Mahon, Will Cuff .. the holy trinity & Alec Young (the original) More like this would be a great show of respect to the people who made the club what it is. Catterick too!!

Of course something for William Ralph would be nice too. Hated his nickname so maybe the statue will do though ;)
Dont forget a certain Mr Kendal....most successful manager we've ever had...not forgeting part of the Holy Trinty.

I keep thinking I am [Poor language removed] dreaming. A boss transfer window, bobby, baines & coleman etc signing new contracts and now it looks like an long overdue move to a new stadium....... Maybe just maybe our time will come and my kids can see us winning stuff......

I know mate. I would love a world class new stadium. I think you will find the majority of fans will grow to the idea if they are shown plans that outline such.
Hoping for a miracle we don't have another el cheapo proposal on the way...
