Never in a million years will the club sell out consistently while they persist with Seat Unique.

I genuinely don't believe it's that complicated here,You buy a ticket,you watch that match...it's gone on for 150 years.

You offer a fair value,with ease of a access to tickets and that's the best way to fill the house.

You doing need to go down the data analyst route in my opinion.

Breaks my hearts seeing pockets of seats still available for big games.

I think we've started down a dangerous path towards alienating future generations of Blues.

That's just my humble,hopefully am wrong.

I think they will change the reselling of tickets so that the fans have no choice but to buy Seat Unique, at the moment there are plenty of resale tickets for each game.

Really good video from a vlogger about the new stadium, it’s in German but you can get English subtitles.

Well worth watching. The German version is excellent and the guy knows his stuff.

Seat Unique will always have a place for those who can only make a few matches a season and are prepared to pay 20 quid more for certainty. But they will definitely need to refine it because empty seats mean somebody has overpriced tickets somewhere.

I think this "membership" thing is a right scam and is where they really need to start this discussion, mind. Seat Unique wouldn't be half as attractive to the travelling supporter if membership wasn't such a waste of money to that person who makes two games a year.

These empty seats which are STH who miss a match for whatever reason is a conundrum.

I'm not a STH haven't been one since the early 90's but it seems to me there's a narrow path for STH to reallocate their seat back to the club for resale.

"This is a disgrace" as some irrelevant politician once said.

There should be no RESALE platform other than retuning the seat to the club & the club sells the seat on general sale.

The club changed things with the stadium move some faceless nobody.

Too many changes with the move not just tickets, the F&B, the security/stewards etc. All seem outsourced.

IMO like we've gone from our home a regular football ground to something like Wembley where games are big corporate events.
