New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Nearly all Prem clubs can't transfer without m'ship. At Man Utd, get found out, ( and they check ) you lose your ST. AND more than FOUR transfers even with m'ships, you also lose your ST. 15 home games MUST be attended.
Weird question but let's say you break something bad leaving you unable to walk without crutches for a long long time but have tickets in the upper tier. I know there is a handicapped area, would/could your tickets transfer down to that area?

The club would sort you out if you called them up. Wouldn't be the accessible area unless you needed a wheelchair, they would find a seat close to the ground floor exit so you would only have to handle a few steps.

There were a few tickets for the Sunderland FA cup tie but no tickets have gone on general sale for league matches, including resale. The club would rather have empty seats than sell to plebs with no memberships. It's absurd.
I could've bought as many tickets for Burnley as I wanted even though im a season ticket holder. Wasn't the case for Utd or Chelsea and I didn't try any other games.

There's empty seats. Not just a few either. It never happened at Goodison and it's not the extra capacity.

The club have got it wrong and will, hopefully, surely be working to rectify.
I would imagine the companies the club has sold seats to this season might and should evaluate how many they take next season, as they are clearly out of pocket.

Yes, and the club will then have to market and sell those tkts themselves..... and they are currently not selling all of the general-sale/resale tickets for many games. So, hopefully they will re-evaluate their ticket pricing strategy (£70 is ridiculous for general admission seating) and their membership costs.

I see the end of two-tier memberships. There's no real advantage to FB+

I agree.

Adult membership at £25 or £30 and Juniors at £10 with match tickets at an average of £60(I paid £59 at Goodison last season) depending on opponent and sell tickets at the ticket office right up until kick-off.

Simples!!

Not necessarily aimed at you, but anyone know if the accessible areas are pretty much fully used for most games?
iirc between us and Man City have the most accessible seats in the EPL, just wondering about actual utilisation.

In reality they'll go for a flat fee of £40 p.a. membership and add load of 'benefits' that are pretty useless/unusable to sell the sizzle.

Loathe absolutely everything in regards to ticketing for BM.

Hate it.

I reckon it'll get worse in the future aswell.
Maybe I'm overly-optimistic here - but I think this is probably one of the rare cases where the free market should figure this out, as long as those in charge are sufficiently competent.

Ultimately, Everton want to sell out every game - and it's in the club's interest to do that, which means it's in the club's interest to try and smooth out any ticketing issues.

This first season is a bad test case for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, the club had to some extent guess at what demand would be like and how fans would manage with the changes to ticketing.

Secondly, it's the first season in a new ground - so they will have been thinking about maximising revenue from those wanting to experience the ground for the first time in its first season.

Now, they have basically a season's worth of data to work with - and we'll be going into our first regular season there next year, without any of the fanfare.

Accommodations will be made, I'm sure.

It's about maximising the cash flow, to make it look good for a TFG (double your money?) sell on

They
Don't
Care.

TFG bought a distressed concern from a want a way owner on the cheap
They're not white knights dreaming the Ted Lasso / Wrexham dream

Lucky for them they got Moyes who steadied the ship.

Build the Company turnover up so it looks really ace on the books.
Pick your time
Sell it on for big profit.
