New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Fortnight or so, you'd think, until renewal starts. Price hikes no doubt in store.

Gets too high and I've got a season left.

Is this person on here? I’ll buy this ticket.

All businesses rely on retention. They need to read this and consider if they could do anything to help. Immediately, sorting ticket transfers is a simple change.

I could have written that piece myself, except for the dodgy knees - my knees are great. Having said that, I'm edging towards giving it one more season to see if things improve, or if it gets harder to pick up match tickets by the game.

Good article though.

I would say that must be right at the top of the list even above transportation difficulties.

It's beyond contempt what they're doing in the guise of clamping down on touting. A mean spirited act of violence against the club's most loyal fanbase.

Vile I'd call it.

Mrs TT and I own a McCarthy & Stone apartment in Sidcup, South London/Kent and are able to stay in Mc&S guest suites all over the UK very cheaply. We're planning to stay in Bridgnorth on April 23rd, and spend her birthday (April 24th) in and around Telford, en route to Crosby for the night and then Llandudno for the 25th to the 28th. The plan was to visit the stadium on the 25th. Sadly there are no stadium tour slots available but as long as I can see it that will do for now. Also, the Llandudno guest suite is fully booked so we've managed to book the Anglesea development instead

Agree with most of your points raised BUT - don't agree with one or two points. Your getting reduced ST prices to watch games where as others who have been on the waiting list ( 2 of us for 5yrs. Senior/Junior ) are having to pay ÂŁ70 plus. ALSO - You want to be able to pass on ST's to friends / family and sometimes for free when Fans are not only paying higher prices, they have to pay m'ship fees for years to stay on the waiting list for a ST.

What are your favourite stadiums Tom?

I'm a fan of the Atheletico Madrids. Crazy they used an abandoned single stand to build what they have now.

Was closed after they failed to get the olympics.

Apologies, missed this somehow. I don't really have a single favourite, but coincidentally, I'm hoping to go to Athletico Madrid's stadium (and a few others) in a few weeks. I used to really like the old CalderĂłn stadium, so hopefully the new one is even better. It certainly looks the part. I've always liked the Spanish stadia generally, the influence of the traditional bullring architecture, stacking people on top of the action etc... The Bernabeu is breathtaking in both scale and function and took some beating even before they refurbished it. Now it's levels above most European stadia imo. The Mestalla, Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan, Villamarin have that intensity too..... and the San Mames (old and new too. Obviously, in Italy the San Siro is similarly breathtaking although lacking in some modern standards. As an experience, the Bombonera and Monumental are absolute assaults on the senses. I'm also really intrigued by US baseball parks. I don't know anything about the sport,
but the comparison with old, modern and retro designs has always fascinated me.... Wrigley field is a gem, reminds me of Goodison and is probably my favourite of that genre. Tbh..... I could list dozens more for differing reasons, but I wouldn't want to be accused of writing excessively long articles ;).
