Let's put it this way, if the stadium had come first then that turbine would be a lot further away than it is.

How do you know this? Surely it is the value of the materials purchased and the work that has been done. Otherwise there would just be a pile of sand in a dock and the other materials stacked on the quayside.

You know what I mean. The progress of a construction project cant be judged by spend alone and, a construction project is much more than just the site work itself. A £500m project thats spent £100, isn't simply 1/5 of the way though.
 

It's a health and safety issue. It's going to be a problem if helicopters or drone's are going to be circling that stadium.
