I was at uni at the time and half the course came out to watch the coventry game just to see my reaction if we went down - never ever want to go through that again. Aside from the obvious i was desperate gor howard to not be the one who took us down - would have destroyed him.

it was a grind of a match too wasnt it! I was at a mates he's a Spurs fan but he cheered as loud as me at the final whistle as he said great clubs like ours should never be in that position!!

Looks like it's a done deal, and a progressive Pro-Benitez Brigade has emerged to challenge the bitter old-timers who can't see the wood for the trees.
