If there was a sense of conviction in the process, whether for Benitez or someone else, it would be something.

Fans' opinion can't be dismissed entirely, but it would be ridiculous if they were basing a decision on whom to appoint on it.

I’m more disgusted by the fact that Benitez was even considered , but I take your point - this makes Moshiri look like he is bumbling around blindly hoping someone will appear who will get the fans approval. Amateurish.
